How to Use (General Steps)
- Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from oil, wax, and paint. Roughen smooth surfaces (like metal or smooth stone) by sanding for better adhesion.
- Mix: Squeeze or scoop out equal volumes of Part A (Resin) and Part B (Hardener).
- Combine: Mix the two parts thoroughly for about one minute until a uniform color is achieved.
- Apply: Apply the mixed adhesive to the prepared surfaces.
- Clamp: Clamp the bonded surfaces together for the required 4 hours to achieve initial holding strength.
- Full Cure: Allow the bonded parts to sit for 24 hours to achieve maximum, optimum bond strength.
