Shipping Information
What are the delivery charges?
Our website is dedicated to bringing you the best seeds in the most efficient way possible. To make sure that our customers are served well and on time, we have employed one of the best courier services that endeavours to make all deliveries happen quickly and correctly. However, there are a few things that you, as our valued customer, need to know about our Shipping Policy:
- We ship all over India.
- If the delivery is not made, or the customer is not available at the delivery address, the courier company will hold the product for 3 days and will then return it back to the Registered office.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to mention any specific delivery instructions (i.e. ‘if out, leave with neighbour’ or ’round back of house’ etc) in the special instructions box while placing the order. If there are no instructions, then in case of a failed delivery, any additional charges incurred will have to be paid for by the customer.
- Instructions need to be given if the customer wants the goods to be left at the address without a signature. This should only be done if the customer is sure that the package/ goods will remain safe as neither oonline paints nor the courier company will accept liability for the loss of goods in this case.
- Once the order has been processed, and the package has been dispatched to the courier company, any request by the customer to change the delivery address will incur
What is the estimated delivery date
- We generally ship within 1 or 2 days after the payment has been received according to stock availability.
- Some times it may take 3-4 extra days if stock not available by default in warehouse.
- For customized products it may takes 1-2 extra days.
- There are no dispatches on the weekends or public holidays.
- Actual delivery can take 7 to 21 days.

Then, enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
Return & Refund
How do I return something to you?
- The Product which has been delivered to customer can be returned or exchange within 24 hours of product received by customer with some genuine reason.
- Customers should share photographs, the exterior image of the box from all sides, Interior image with the packaging, damaged product image, image of the shipping label with the customer care team in case of wrong or damaged product. Videography is highly appreciated at time of delivery.
- The products which are made by machine shades will not be taken back or will not be replaced.
- Returned product will not be taken back if it was broken or used by customer.
How to get refund, What should I do?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Do you refund delivery charges, If I return something?
In return or exchange case shipping will be bear by customer.
A 2% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
If customer cancel order after product shipment, then shipping charges will be bear by customer.
