Technical Specifications:

Application Guide:

1. Surface Preparation: The wooden surface must be clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, and wax. Sand the surface with abrasive paper (grit no. 180 followed by 320/400) and wipe clean. Apply a suitable wood stain if a colored finish is desired.
2. Sealer Application: Apply 1-2 coats of Indigo Melamine Sealer to fill the wood pores and create a uniform base. Allow it to dry and sand lightly.
3. Mixing: Mix the Sleek Melamine Base and Hardener in the recommended 90:10 ratio by volume. Stir well and allow the mixture to mature for 15-20 minutes before thinning.
4. Application: Thin the mix with Indigo Melamine Thinner as required and apply 2-3 coats of Sleek Melamine using a spray gun. Maintain a 30-45 minute interval between coats.
5. Curing: The surface will be hard dry in 3-4 hours. Allow the coated surface to cure for at least 72 hours before light use.
