How to Apply:

1. Surface Preparation: Remove all loose, damaged, or weak concrete/plaster from the area to be repaired until a sound substrate is reached. Clean any exposed steel reinforcement and apply a suitable anti-corrosion coating. The substrate must be thoroughly pre-wetted.
2. Mixing: Take the required quantity of water in a clean pan. Slowly add the Indigo Poly Repair powder, mixing continuously with a trowel or a slow-speed mechanical stirrer until a uniform, lump-free, and trowelable consistency is achieved.
3. Application: Apply the mixed mortar firmly into the prepared cavity using a trowel, ensuring complete contact with the substrate edges. For deeper sections (>25mm), apply in layers.
4. Finishing & Curing: Level the surface with a trowel or float. After initial setting, cure the repaired area by keeping it moist (spraying with water or covering with a wet hessian cloth) for at least 24-48 hours.
