Shipping Policies
- We generally ship within 1 or 2 days after the payment has been received according to stock availability.
- Some times it may take 3-4 extra days if stock not available by default in warehouse.
- For customized products it may takes 1-2 extra days.
- There are no dispatches on the weekends or public holidays.
- Actual delivery can take 7 to 21 days.
Cancellation Policy
- In this policy you can cancel your order up to the 24 hours from the time of order placed but before product shipment. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If order cancel after product shipping, then shipping charges will be bear by customer.
Other Policy
- We have all rights to change or terminate any policy at any time.
- The Products which are made by machine shades will not be taken back.
- The products which are broken by customer or used by customer will not be taken back.
- Before returning any product, the customer must insure himself that, the product seal has not been broken, price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded or it must not tried to unpackage by them. It will be inspected by our experts at the time of returning product.
- If we found that product seal or its packet has been tried to open by customer, the product will not be taken back.
- Customers should share photographs, the exterior image of the box from all sides, Interior image with the packaging, damaged product image, image of the shipping label with the customer care team in case of wrong or damaged product. Videography is highly appreciated at time of delivery.
- The product will be not be taken back if customer has no genuine reason of returning that product.

- All Products and Colour images shown in product pages are for indications only actual product and colour shades may vary from original.
- We are not liable to give any type of warranty or guarantee on any product.
- Any brand product that has been purchased by user shall take product warranty or guarantee or any other service if it provide its service in that particular area where user consuming the product.

- Shake well all liquid or paste products before its use.
- No matter where you’re located, all conflicts will be subject to Jodhpur jurisdiction.
