How to Mix & Apply Astral Stain Free Epoxy Grout Filler

Note: This product cannot be used with water. It must be mixed with Astral Epoxy Resin & Hardener.

1. Prepare Resin Mix: First, mix Part A (Resin) and Part B (Hardener) thoroughly in a clean bucket until you get a uniform liquid.
2. Add Filler (Part C): Slowly pour the Astral Stain Free Epoxy Grout Filler powder into the resin mix while stirring continuously.
3. Achieve Consistency: Mix until you have a smooth, lump-free paste that holds its shape (like toothpaste). Ensure all powder is wet out.
4. Apply: Press the paste into the tile joints using a rubber float. Ensure the joint is filled to the bottom.
5. Clean Up: Remove excess material from the tile surface within 30-45 minutes using a scrubber and water. Do not let the filler cure on the tile surface.
